Congratulations for finding our Clear View Water Bottle for guinea pigs & birds! Like you, we never thought that a good guinea pig water bottle would be so difficult to find. Over the years, we tried dozens of different water bottles on the market, and all of them had problems.
Many bottles drip, even those marketed as leak-proof, with 15–20% of reviews citing this issue. To address this, we source high-quality nozzles and perform individual inspections to ensure a drip-free experience. Despite these efforts, 5–10% of bottles may still leak. If this occurs, simply return the product for a replacement. The likelihood of receiving two defective bottles is less than 1%. In other words, most customers receive a leak-free bottle on their first try, and virtually all do so by the second. While this is not a perfect solution, it is the most practical way to ensure you ultimately receive a reliable, leak-free product.
