The Thorocare Cooler is breathable and possesses excellent wicking properties. Being a wool blend (70/30% wool/poly blend), it is designed to be used in both cool and warm conditions.
This Cooler maintains warmth. Our higher wool content offers excellent insulating properties. Additionally, the wool blend has enhanced softness and increased durability vs. 100% wool coolers which tend to be itchy and allow for shrinkage with washing.
Being wool, this cooler is highly absorbent, keeping your horse warm, dry, and comfortable after particularly hard, sweaty workouts and exercise.
Designed to wick away any moisture on the surface of the skin, thus leaving the horse’s coat dry, preventing your horse from catching a chill.
